DEXTER B SOFT 800

New generation block silicone softener

  • Chemical Character: Block Co-Polymer
  • Appearance: Translucent Bluish To Yellowish Liquid
  • Ionic Character: Weakly Cationic
  • pH-Value (as such): 4.5 - 5.5
  • Stabilities: DEXTER B SOFT 800 is stable with anionic, cationic & non-ionic finishing agents.
  • Storage: DEXTER B SOFT 800is stable under normal conditions. The product should be away from direct sunlight & protect from heat.

  • Soft, slippery & bouncy hand feel
  • High dimensional recovery in cotton based fabrics & hosiery garments.
  • Improvement of the sewability, tear strength and abrasion.
  • It is suited for finishing cotton , polyester ,wool, acrylics, nylon & blends
  • Shear stable , Non yellowing & non sticky.

Application
Dilution
DEXTER B SOFT 800can be diluted with cold water to any concentration & very easily dilutable.
Application Fields
DEXTER B SOFT 800is used at room temperature in the padding and exhaust process. It is an excellently suited for finishing wovens and knits made of cellulose fibres, wool and synthetic fibres & their blends.

Dose Recommended

  • Exhaust Process: 1.0 - 4.0 % DEXTER B SOFT 800
  • pH: approx. : 5.0
  • Liquor ratio: 1:7 or 1:8 or 1:10
  • Drying: as usual

  • Padding Process: 10.0 - 40.0 g/l DEXTER B SOFT 800
  • pH: approx. : 5.0
  • Liquor pick-up: approx. 75-80 %
  • Drying: as usual
